RETURNS 

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? 

If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. This offer excludes postage and handling on 'change of mind' returns and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 14 days of purchase. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. 

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

There are two ways to obtain a refund or exchange for your online purchase:

Please contact us for an address. 

The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your Proof of Purchase. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. 

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. 

IN STORE
Return the item within 14 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase and the completed return form that was included with the product.   

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns. 

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will be processed as soon as the items have been received. Please provide a contact number as once the goods are received we will contact you to acquire your credit card details to complete the refund.
